I
have a home office and my company is small. I have AutoCad and
estimating software that enable me to sit down with my clients and
draft a plan to suit their needs. A house must be built to suit the
lot. Solar exposure, prevailing winds and views must be considered
before drafting a house plan.
I pay attention to details and
design a home with walk in closets, big pantries, large laundry areas
with tubs and folding tables and a home office. Any custom feature, you
want, we can do. I build as green as my client wants; energy efficient,
solar, etc. We know the market and can install the latest hi-tech
products; wiring, central vacuum, home security, media boxes, IR
sensors, home theater rooms .
What I love to build and create is
a southwestern design, using heavy timbers, timber posts, vigas,
corbels, wood ceilings, exposed adobe touches, adobe kiva fireplaces,
saltillo tiled floors and talavera tiled kitchen and baths. Granite and
stone blend in beautifully with this style home.
I have view
lots located on the West Mesa. I plan to build for sale and pre-sold
homes on some. Others are available for sale only. Details are
